Without question one of the biggest crowd favorites in KC Irish Fest history, and in KC Irish music circles in general has been Máirtín de Cógáin . Whether with the Fuchsia Band, Captain Mackey's Goatskin and String Band, The Máirtín de Cógáin Project or solo, he packs 'em and in and keeps 'em entertained. He's a raconteur, a singer, a storyteller, a goatskin beater, but most of all, to his curly-headed core, he's a proud Corkonian.
