Okay, yeah I took the weekend off. Sorry. I was busy. That doesn't mean I don't care about you. It just means I don't care about you on weekends. But the band announcements will continue with two today and two tomorrow to get us back on track. Fair enough? Okay.
For Saturday:
Last year there was a small army of delightful young women at Irish Fest who all called me "Fancy Dan." Why is a story for another day. Today's story is that they're coming back for a 2011 encore. One last year's breakout rookies, Girsa of Pearl River, NY returns this year and we couldn't be happier about it. Girsa is one of those do-it-all bands: virtuoso musicianship, beautiful vocals, great stage presence. Whatever you do, don't miss their triumphant return to the KC stages.
