Day after tomorrow our delegates begin arriving for this weekend's conference of Irish and Celtic festival organizers. Nearly 100 people representing 23 festivals from across North America will converge on the Hyatt Regency hotel near the Irish Fest site to share ideas, inspiration and left over t-shirts. When you come join us at Raglan Road Friday night for the first of our two music showcases, you'll be able to distinguish them from any visiting supermodels by the fancy conference badges hanging around their necks. And if you've been to one of their events and have complaints or comments, but especially complaints, please don't hesitate to walk right up and tell them all about it. They love that.
Raglan Road is at the corner of 14th and Grand Ave. The music starts at 6:00 pm and runs until who knows when. Seven different performers, no cover, and a pub full of good looking festies. I'm not sure why any of you would want to be anywhere else.
