Last year at the Fest we presented, for the first time, the Mr. and Mrs. Irish Fest Award to P.J. and Mollie Cullinan. Once the decision to make the award was made, picking the inaugural recipients was a no-brainer. P.J. and Mollie are the heart and soul and the very best of Kansas City's Irish community.
The award will be given for the second time this year and there are many deserving choices and the pick isn't nearly as obvious. So...who would you give it to? If you have a nomination, let's hear it. Who, in your opinion, embodies the spirit of the Kansas City Irish Fest and the best of the Irish in Kansas City? Hey, it's an election year. Let's start the campaigning.
