Radio Free Cork

The multi-talented and all around good guy Kevin Kiley of Something for the House sent this timely reminder from Arkansas:

This is just a a heads up about the special Nationwide Celtic Connections Radio Show that is an entire hour dedicated to the FUCHSIA BAND.

It goes into general release to all 120 affiliated radio stations TODAY and will begin airing all over the country TONIGHT.

This is the show that was recorded in Carbondale, Illinois, by Celtic Connections host Bryan Kelso Crow just shortly after last year's Kansas City Irish Fest when Mairtin and Eoin took a road trip to Kentucky and stopped in to visit with Bryan.

The show features extensive interviews with the lads and cuts from their CD(s).

I don't know if Kansas City actually gets the "Celtic Connections" radio show or not?
(note from Dan: we don't) No problem... there are a number of ONLINE BROADCASTS and they will start airing Saturday morning.

There is also a "Quick list" of exactly WHEN/WHERE you can here this weeks Celtic Connections show online via your browser.

The list is up on the FUCHSIA FORUM and just thought the folks in KC area might want to know that it's there. Bryan Kelso Crow's own list of affiliates on his website is a bit confusing and the times he lists are actually not accurate anymore ( nor is there any real indication on his site which of the 120 affiliates actually have online internet "Listen Live" capability ).

The list on the FUCHSIA FORUM is much more accurate.

Thanks Kevin. Listen in everybody!
