And as long as I'm being lazy and letting other people do my blogging for me, here's the latest from Máirtín himself and the rest of the Fuchsia forces.
Máirtín just played a gig with John Spillane last night in the Speigeltent in Cork as part of the Cork Mid Summer Festival. For all ye Kansas City fans John was saying how excited he was getting to play there at the KC Irish Fest at the start of September and thanking Dan Regan (and all the people at Kansas City Irish Fest) for putting their necks out and booking him!
And last but not least we have sold out in Kansas City for our first concert of the tour on the 18th of July, in The Mountain Music Shoppe! Thank you all for buying early! If anyone is up for a spin our next gig is on the 22nd July in Little Rock, Arkansas. We know a few down there who might lead ye to the right hotel or campsite, get onto us for info! This will be the last gig in the area for until Milwaukee or around the KC Irish Fest! Also we have secured alot of workshops and concerts in Nebraska in the middle of September thanks to a great team working for us up there; Lori, Brad, LuAnne and Ashleigh! All the info on that will come in the mail next week!
