When the 10th anniversary edition of the Kansas City Irish Fest opens in just 115 days (the average gestation period of a pig, if you were wondering), you'll see lots of music, dance, shopping, Irish heritage displays, blah blah blah. Great, nice, whatever. But really, that stuff aside, what's really going to make your Irish Fest experience even better than last year's? What would really enhance your festival weekend? If the big green Irish Fest genie popped out of his lamp and granted you three Labor Day weekend wishes, what would they be? I think I know:
1. Another beer tent.
2. Expanded whiskey lounge.
Done and done. You're welcome.
As for that third wish, you should be ashamed of yourself. I don't even think that's legal in Missouri.
