Prepping For The Patrick's Parade

On a warm, sunny-ish Saturday a crew of KC Irish Festers got together at the palatial estate of fest co-founder and past president Ed Scanlon and his young bride, the lovely, talented and ever-patient festival genealogy expert Barbara Scanlon to build us a float for Thursday's big Paddy's Day parade. We had a great time, we've got a great float and we hope you're planning on coming out to see us.

Thanks to all the workers who came out to drive a screw, paint a board or just sip a beer on a spring Saturday.
