I was just reminded (thanks Cami) that today marks 5 years that I've been at the helm of the official Irish Fest blog. I forgot because I'm old and I forget things. Like just the other day I forgot that...well, I can't remember. But today is the day, 5 years since my very first post here, for what that's worth. What do I win??

Spring, and Change
If you've been checking the site daily, as we fervently hope you have been, you may have noticed...uh, not much. That's all about to change. In the next few weeks, our beautiful new website will hatch, baby-chick-like (or sprout, crocus-like, if you prefer) with all the most up to date and exciting news about the 4th Annual Kansas City Irish Fest at Crown Center, as well as news and events of interest to the Irish community in Kansas City and environs. As KCIF and by extension, this site, continues to grow and hopefully improve, we'd like your help. Have a suggestion, complaint, or comment? We wait with bated breath. Let us know what you think of the new site. Tell us what we can do to improve your Kansas City Irish Fest.
Give us a shout at info@kcirishfest.com. And check back with us often. We get so lonely without you.
On one hand I can't believe it has already been 5 years but on the other hand, I can't believe it has ONLY been five years! :) Thanks for all of the fun and entertainment you have been providing! I can't imagine our fest without the blog....you are truly at your funniest on it! :) You are often imitaded but certainly NEVER duplicated. :) Thanks for all of your work Pappy!
