Name That Parade

Every year our friends over at the big St. Patrick's Day parade come up with a theme for said parade. I mean a theme other than "St. Patrick's Day." They need help, and I mean that in the nicest way. Got an idea for a parade theme? Send it to them at info@kcirishparade.com. If your idea is chosen, you'll win...well, you won't win anything. But imagine the bragging rights! Imagine the glory! Your money won't be good in any pub in town come March 17th. Women will swoon and men will seethe with envy, or vice versa depending on your proclivities.

• Keeping Up With The Hibernians

I have very little doubt that you can do better. I have very little doubt that my 7 month old daughter can do better. Here's the thing though: you need to get your ideas in by tomorrow, prior to the meeting where the parade bigwigs will narrow the entries down to a few finalists. So get on it. And don't submit "Desperate Thatched-roof-Cottagewives", because that one is all mine.
