While you're planning your Halfway To St. Patrick's Day shenanigans you might want include Mr. Irish Fest 2008, Eddie Delahunt. Like that credit card, he's everywhere you want to be this week. He might be in your house right now, I wouldn't put it past him.
Tonight, Wednesday see Eddie at O'Dowd's Little Dublin On The Plaza, 816-561-2700, 8:00 PM. Friday, the magic halfway day, finds him at Mike Kelly's Westsider on Westport Road, 816-931-9417, early from 6:00-9:00 PM. And, this should be cool, Saturday at dusk, Eddie will be at "WaterFire" at Brush Creek on The Country Club Plaza. Presumably not out in a boat but you never know. He was a merchant marine.
