High Honors

This is some exciting news. We've just learned that Kansas City Irish Fest Vice President Barney Walsh was been honored with inclusion in the 2011 "Gaelic Guys and Hibernian Hunks: The Men Of Irish Festivals" calendar published by Beefcake Press of Boston. Barney will be Mr. August. Half the picture that will be published in the calendar is shown here. Details on how to order will be made available as soon as we have them. We are cautioned however that the calendar is available only to those 18 and over and may be illegal in some states.

Oh young Danny, you're being too modest.

What he's not telling you is that while I may be gracing the August pages of next years calendar, Danny was chosen for the cover. Speedo and all.

And in a hotly contested back cover shot? Our own Davey Colgan in leopard print. Grrr.

The REALLY 'good news' here ( as if it could get any better ) is that all you guys appearing in the calendar are now fully qualified to run for public office in Massachusetts.
