Dance Fever

Hey Twinkletoes, don't forget to jig on down to Raglan Road tonight, this very night, to compete in the first heat of their "So You Think You Can Riverdance" contest. The finals will be held on St. Patrick's Day and remember how I told you that the prize was going to be a thousand bucks? That prize has now been upgraded to a trip for two to Ireland. That should get you dancing.

If you knew the knuckleheads who own this bar (and I say that with all due respect, Paul and John) you'd know that they don't take things very seriously down there, other than food. Trust me when I say that you do NOT have to be a classically trained Irish dancer to enter or win this contest. As a matter of fact, that may hurt your chances. So strap that leather headband on, cinch up those tight trousers and let your Flatley flag fly. The competition is from 7:00 to 9:00 tonight and a second heat will take place next Friday, same time. Raglan Road is at 14th and Grand. Try the scallops.
