Dave "Shocko" Shaughnessy, the man behind the music here at the KC Irish Fest turns 73 today and we wish him a very happy day and year, as you should too. See, Dave's the guy who puts the great line up together every year at Irish Fest and he, along with the rest of the entertainment committee are working hard right now to build the 2010 music schedule. So if you don't wish him a happy birthday, he might get mad and then who knows what kind of performers we'll get next September.
