Trial Run?

I've been bugging you a lot lately about volunteering, I know. Sorry about that. And it occurs to me that maybe some of you might be hesitant to sign up because you've never done this before, worked at a festival I mean. Well sure. It can be a little daunting. What you need is maybe a trial run. Practice makes perfect, right? Ideally, it would be a smaller event. But in the same location so you get a feel for the Crown Center grounds. And it would be perfect if a lot of the same people ran it, so you'd get to know them too. But it's got to be fun, too. Hmmmm...

Jiggle Jam!

Kansas City's family music festival at Crown Center. It's Memorial Day weekend and they need you. It's the perfect Irish Fest warm up for you volunteers. Same spot. Shorter hours. Shorter patrons. Huge fun. And it's teeming with Irish Festers, including Keli O'Neill Wenzel, Barney Walsh, Shawn Sullivan Warner, Laren Mahoney...even me.
