Party On, Garth

I have an actual brother in law named Garth. True story. But I digress.

You know what sucks about Irish Fest? It ends too early. In past years, we fest staffers have had these big, awesome parties after we close that we didn't invite you to. I can tell you that now. They were great, brother.  The beer flowed, the fest musicians would hang out with us, play some tunes, eat some chow. I could tell you stories.

You know what though? We missed you. Snif. We'd hung out with you all weekend long, and then we were separated. That's just not right. So this year, you're invited. All of you. The official after parties are at Raglan Road Irish Pub just down the street from us in the Power and Light District, all three nights. And we're even going to get you there and back. After we close for the night, catch the free shuttle provided by those wonderful people at Raglan Road right down by the Westin Hotel. Look for the shuttle stop sign. The bus will run back and forth until 3:30 AM. Don't want to wait on a shuttle? Catch a cab right outside the Westin. The 12 block ride will barely dent your wallet.

The point is, just get there. The great house band Creel and maybe some special guests will be playing, Danielle will be dancing on tables, the craic will be mighty. I think Garth will even be there.
