Another chance to see another Kansas City Irish Fest band this coming weekend. We're going to be worn out this week, kids. The Elders are playing what must be their 137th benefit performance of the year, this time around for St. Peter's School. The party starts at 7:00 and $15 tickets will be available at the door. If you're a kid 12 and under - first, why aren't you at school, and second, you get in free. The show is at The McKay Center, 6400 Charlotte.
I saw The Elders Saturday night when they played The Toolbelt Ball to benefit Christmas in October, and I'll tell you these boys might have a future in this business.
