Last year I came down pretty hard on the Kansas City St. Patrick's Day parade billboards. Remember those? Freaked me out. I still get fruck out looking at that 2007 kid's tricolored mug. Well, I'm happy to report that this year's parade kid is smiling, happy, and not likely to give you bad dreams, unless you're worried he might be trying to poke your eye out. But I think he's pointing and saying "Hello, parade! I know you! You make me happy, parade!"
