Good News!

I sadly reported the end of one of our 2007 Kansas City Irish Fest bands, The Glengarry Bhoys, here a few months ago. Band co-founder and leader Graham Wright was battling some throat lesions which forced his retirement and thus the end of one of Celtic music's great North American groups. I'm very happy to tell you today that having successfully endured both surgery and chemotherapy, Graham has been green-lighted by his physicians to return to the stage on a limited schedule. Reports are that band is reforming and will be doing some touring soon.

We couldn't be happier to hear that such a great voice won't be silent much longer. Best wishes for a continuing recover for Graham and many more years of great music from the Bhoys.
