When Patti Alyward left the board of directors at the end of 2007, we not only lost a founding board member, we lost our Vice President. So at this morning's just concluded first-of-the-year board meeting, we had that very big pair of shoes to fill.
And filled they are by founding member Ed Follis, who under a rejiggering of the officer election process also becomes President-Elect of the 2009 Kansas City Irish Fest. Congratulations to Ed on a well deserved honor.
