Irish Fest prez Ed Scanlon hear by calls this meeting to order. Ed...your public awaits.

"The clock is ticking and the excitement it building. We are getting closer to the kick off of Irish Fest. Rooms at the hotels are selling fast and you have to remember the hotels are only so big and I don't think they have plans to build on just for us. It will not be long before our yard signs will be spouting up faster than weeds in my front yard. The billboards will be covering the highway. Radio stations will be talking only about Irish Fest. The festival merchandise is being printed with an outstanding selection of festival gear. This year the merch people will be offering new items such as tote bags, hoodies, great hats and a very trendy looking jacket. All in all the entire committee is working night and day to put on the "Best Irish Fest in The World". With Crown Center as the Venue, our music line up (thank you Dave), a list of new attractions, events and food why would it not be the best? But most of all we have a crew that is dedicated to the festival. They will be working day and night, wounded on crutches, in back braces not to mention just being damn old like myself we will be playing through the pain. Why because we love Irish Fest. And Irish Fest is coming fast."
