Write On, Kids

Literature? Poetry? I'm all over that action, Jack. Dig me:

If thou be a literary kid
When Irish Fest is over, here is what you did;
Thou hast acted, and poemed and written you a play
So sign up for some workshops
And do it now, okay?

I got mad poetry skillz. But maybe Irish Fest children's area boss Shawn Sullivan Warner can say it better.
"In celebration of the wonders of literature, story telling, acting and poetry, the Children's area of the Kansas City Irish Fest is pleased to announce a match made in continuing the Irish tradition for the written and spoken work with Kansas City Young Audiences.

What does this mean? It means we have some tremendously talented folks coming to teach us kids about Poetry and Acting and Storytelling and Writing Plays. Have you signed up for your Workshops yet in the kids area...there is something for everyone? And the best part is that it is fun learning! Workshops are limited, so reserve your spot today!"
