The Kansas City Irish Fest never sleeps this time of year. Over the weekend a KCIF construction crew worked to build brand new display structures for our Irish Heritage area. Boards were cut, plywood ripped, screws were sunk...and afterwards a few pints were drained. After all, it's important to stayed hydrated.
Be sure to spend some time in our heritage tent over Irish Fest weekend. You'll learn something interesting, meet some nice people and have some fun. And when you notice that all those informative displays are sturdily hung on solid new displays and not just laying there on the ground, you can thank Ed Scanlon, Rory O'Connor, Matt Scanlon, Ron Einbender, Mike Armstrong and me.
