As If You Needed Another Reason

From Amanda McGrath in the Saw Doctors' office:

"Next month's tour is the biggest USA tour for a long time but unfortunately, it may be The Saw Doctors last trip to the USA for some time. I overheard a phone conversation last week between the band's manager Ollie Jennings and the USA agent Tim Drake re. the problems of the falling Dollar rate to the Euro. It seems that it is becoming very difficult for Irish bands to make any money touring in the USA these days with the poor Dollar rate."

Saw Doctors fans like me know it's been a long time since they played anywhere close to Kansas City and it sounds like it may be a long time until they come back. Don't miss them on the Terrace Stage, Irish Fest Sunday.
