When you're at O'Dowd's or The Westsider or any place Eddie Delahunt performs, he will invariably sing Happy Birthday To You for some one in the crowd celebrating that night. But I ask you: who sings for the singer? Me, that's who.

Believe it or not, I just made that up, here at 6:00 in the morning. I know. It's a gift. So a very happy birthday indeed to Eddie Delahunt's Cafe & at 45th and Stateline, which turns 1 this month. You're invited to the party, June 11-16th. There's a raffle drawing every day, and a grand prize drawing as well. Plus, if it's your birthday too, and you can prove it to Eddie's satisfaction, your cuppa is on the house. Plus there's live music on Thursday night too, provided by who knows who.

My goodness, one year old already. It seems like only yesterday Eddie was pregnant with the little cafe.
