Hello everybody. I'm back from a refreshing mountain soujourn. That stream I'm standing in on that picture there? That's where I was. Monday afternoon I was hiking across, and occasionally sinking into, three feet of snow at 12,000 feet in the shadow of the continental divide. The only other prints in the snow ahead of me belonged to what was apparently a pretty good sized bear, who fortunately took a detour before I caught up to her.
But here I am, home safe and sound. Sincere thanks to my guest bloggers for filling in so well. I hope you all enjoyed the insight they brought to their various areas of expertise at Irish Fest.
