Okay, last Friday I promised you a band announcement and I didn't deliver. I was perhaps a little overzealous and was asked to wait until some details were ironed out.
Ironing's done.
On the Boulevard Pub Stage on Friday night, is 2U, who bill themselves as "2U - The World's 2nd Best U2 Show." We tried for those first-best guys, but I need my arms and legs, and I'm kind of fond of my first born son.
But these guys are truly the next best thing and we'll be rocking on Friday night.

A few more zeros on the right side of our entertainment budget and we could have had the first best U2 show. Drat!
