I often say that the Irish Fest staff is the most talented bunch of people I've ever been associated with.
Okay, maybe not "often". Or ever. I've been meaning to say it, anyway.
But they are. And here's proof. One of our own, Atrium Stage manager Tenley Hansen, will be on the performance side of the stage at The 41st Annual Riverbend Art Festival in Atchison, Kansas. That event takes place this coming weekend, May 27 and 28 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm both days. The Riverbend Festival draws artists from five states displaying and selling their artwork in a variety of media including painting, graphics, sculpture, ceramics, photography, jewelry, fiber, glass, metal, wood, and paper. They also have a lot of music. Tenley, along with Michael Frazer will perform Celtic and American fiddle tunes at noon on Saturday.
You can more details about the festival at their website. Break a leg, Tenley!
