The good people at the Kansas City St. Patrick's Day Parade invite you to join them at their monthly Lucky 17th Celebration. This one takes place this very night (the 17th, duh), at The Pointe Bar & Grill 917 W. 44th Street from 6:00-8:00 PM. Sounds like a perfect place to wet your whistle before heading to the Record Bar for the Glengarry Bhoys show at 9:00.
They have reserved the entire annex building to the East of the main bar for the shindig. Just $10 gets you beer, door prizes and Jameson specials, and helps support Kansas City's biggest single day event, the St. Pat's Parade.
And while you're thinking about it, why not go ahead and mark your calendar and reserve the 17th of every month for these parties?
