May is shaping up to be a great month in KC for Celtic rock fans. We've got the St. Patrick's Day Parade committee's Shamrockin' In Westport with 7 Nations and The Elders on the 13th, The Elders again at the 4th Annual Celtic Block Party at Governor Stumpy's in Waldo on the 28th, and now news that 2005 and 2006 Kansas City Irish Fest performers Enter The Haggis will be appearing at The Record Bar in Westport on the 31st. The Kelihans will open, $10 will get you in the door. The Record Bar is where Molloy Brothers Irish Pub used to be, at 1020 Westport Road. Those of you who saw ETH at Irish Fest last year know that they put on one of the most electrifying, crazy, entertaining live shows around. And they're snappy dressers, too. What a great way to start the summer.
