Ugh

I just heard this news item on the radio about some company that has introduced bacon and salmon flavored vodka. Let's just imagine those for a moment. Vodka that tastes like fish and pork. It's enough to make you quit drinking. Almost.

You will get neither of those at Irish Fest this year. What you will get is a great assortment of beers from Boulevard, Coors and Miller, wine, bottled water and a smorgasbord of soft drinks. You'll drink those secure bevvies in the knowledge that your bottles and cups are all recyclable right there at Irish Fest. And we trust that you'll enjoy those adult drinks in a responsible manner. Because if you don't we will not hestitate to cut you off...in a nice way of course.

We'll have an exciting beverage announcement coming up soon, too. Stay tuned. And for the love of Paddy, stay away from the meat flavored hooch.

The bacon vodka is good in a Bloody Mary.

I've had Bar B Que flavored beer, but that happened when McCarthy dropped a rib in my pint. Waste not want not.
