Kelly Dougherty and I leave for Dublin's Temple Bar TradFest a week from tomorrow. To keep you updated on what we're seeing as well as to rub it in that we're in Dublin and you're not, Kelly and I will be taking to the social mediums.
I should say that Kelly will and I'll be giving it the old college try. Those of you who know me will be aware that I never got on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or whatever else the kids are using these days. This blog is the one toe I've ever dipped into the social media pond and I still feel like I'm about to blow up the internet every time I hit that Publish button.
Be that as it may, I will attempting to run the Irish Fest Twitter machine (after some Twittering lessons this coming weekend from my buddy and former KCIF president Laren Mahoney) while we're overseas while Kelly does pretty much everything else. Look for our reports next week at our Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter locations. I'll try not to break anything.
