Come to KRZYZ Studio at 1800 Locust for the Kansas City Irish Center's (really) old fashioned celebration of Halloween's Irish great great great great great great great granddaddy, Samhain. It's First Friday in KC so in keeping with that artsy event, the KCIC party will feature a gallery show of Irish-themed photography by Fionan O'Connell, Barry Hendrickson and our own Dave Shaughnessy. There'll be live Irish music as well from Scarlet Town and Turlach Boylan. Admission is free but the photos will be for sale and donations will be gratefully accepted.
The party is 6:00-9:00 pm and remember, it's a benefit for the Irish Center but it is not AT the Irish Center. Got it? See you there.
