Yes, you read that right and no, you didn't miss summer. This weekend is the other summer bookend, Memorial Day and with that comes Irish Fest's baby sister fest Jiggle Jam. Dozens of the the very same people including myself who bring you the Kansas City Irish Fest every year also work on Jiggle Jam, the great and fast-growing family music festival that also shares Irish Fest's Crown Center grounds.
