Happy President's Day, Madam President!

This 10th anniversary year of the Kansas City Irish Fest is ably headed by president Laren Mahoney and in honor of President's Day I'm going to postpone my plans to begin referring to her tenure as "the failed Mahoney administration" until tomorrow. You're welcome, Laren.

Seriously though, we're excited to have Laren at the helm and know that she'll lead us well and successfully. Happy President's Day to her and to all our past presidents: Barney Walsh, Rory O'Connor, Ed Follis, Ed Scanlon, Bob Sullivan and that other guy whose name always escapes me.
