For those who would like to get an early start on their family tree. Ancestry.com is have a "free week" - now through Sept 5th. You can search for our family for free on Ancestry.com. I will be doing a talk at Irish fest this coming weekend, but this is a way to have a couple of days of free access from your home! This year genealogy area will be in the Crown Center Atrium. Please stop by and show us what you have found. I've also prepared a resource list for doing Irish genealogy that includes Kansas City and also some addresses for depositories in Ireland.
