The big, beautiful Browne's 124th Anniversary Irish Street Faire is coming up weekend after this one, June 18th to be exact. I love this event. It reminds me so much of the old Brookside and Westport Irish Fests of days gone by, except I don't have to work at this one. This year's line up features The Elders, Flannigan's Right Hook, Dog Tree, Kelly, The $3 Band, Bob Reeder and the O'Riada-McCarty-Manning Irish Dancers.
The event, which is proudly sponsored by the Kansas City Irish Fest, is a benefit for Children's Mercy Hospitals and Clinics. Tickets are $8 in advance or $10 at the gate, but if you hurry you can go for a mere fiver. Click here to find out how. Find out all the details on this great party here.
