Since I assume that on Sunday you'll be making breakfast in bed for at least one of the mothers in your life and therefore will be way too busy to read Tir na Blog, I'm going to go ahead and wish a very happy Mother's Day to all you moms. Of course there's no mother like an Irish mother, and if you're lucky enough to have one, you're lucky indeed.
A special happy wish for all the mothers on the Irish Fest staff. All of us non-mothers stand in awe of your commitment, your hard work and your huge hearts. Enjoy your day on Sunday. And make those good-for-nothing Dads earn their keep for a change. Honestly, why you put up with us...I mean them is beyond me.
