I was out of town the past few days traipsing around in the rain in New York's Hudson River Valley so I wasn't here when the Sunday paper hit the front stoop. But apparently tucked inside were Irish Fest bigwigs Ed Scanlon, Barbara Scanlon and Laren Mahoney, and also me in one of a collection of photos from last month's Irish Center gala. And weren't those three good looking people and also me? I'd show you but I can't find the picture on the Star's website.

Also pictured were a whole gaggle of Sullivans, anchored by the evening's honoree former Irish Fest president Bob Sullivan. You'd better get out and buy you a paper.
