Upcoming Fundraiser for the Kansas City Feis

There are so many great things going on during Irish Fest weekend. One of those great things is the Kansas City Feis. While we highlight Irish dance performances on our two main stages, the Kansas City Feis is an Irish dance competition that occurs at the Crown Center Westin Hotel during the Kansas City Irish Fest weekend. The feis brings in close to 500 competitors from around the region and around the country.

To put on a feis is no small expense. Registration fees only cover a part of the expenses incurred with an Irish dance competition. The Kansas City Irish Fest will once again provide a grant for the Feis, but the grant only covers a small portion of their expenses. So how do you raise money to put on an Irish dance competition? You have a Ceili. This Saturday, March 26th there will be a Ceili to help raise money for the 2011 Kansas City Feis. Listed below is the information for the Ceili.
