Next

With our record breaking year now behind us, the weary staffers at the Kansas City Irish Fest settle in for a long, peaceful rest.

Until Friday.

Friday we'll be celebrating Halfway To St. Patrick's Day. And there's lots of ways and places to celebrate this fast growing sort-of-holiday. At Raglan Road the live entertainment line up features Flannigan's Right Hook, the $3 Band and dancer Bridgid Driscoll. They'll also be out at the ballpark before the Royals game hosting a pregame party. In Westport, several pubs including our good friends at Kelly's will be hosting parties. Kelly's is featuring the band Salamanders. Both places will have drink and food specials, too. Wherever you celebrate this kind-of-milestone, one thing's for sure. It's the perfect time to wear that fancy new Kansas City Irish Fest shirt, hoodie or fleece jacket you bought at the fest.
