In other cow news, the artist who will create our 2011 cow has been commissioned and accepted our generous offer of no money and copious beer. Good thing I know so many boozy illustrators, which as I type it I realize is kind of redundant. He or she will be named right here when the new moo is unveiled. The gestation period for an Irish Fest cow? A little over three months.
