Green At Browne's

What a great time on Saturday at the big Browne's Irish Street Faire. After a stormy start to the day, a beautiful evening with lots of great music, great craic and great friends. A large crowd of Irish Festers were on hand, and I'm happy to report dozens of new volunteers signed up to join our family. Congratulations to John and Kerry on a wonderful event, even if I didn't win the raffle. The spirit of the small neighborhood festivals once embodied by the Brookside and Westport Irish Fests is alive and well with both the Browne's event and Governor Stumpy's Celtic Block party held over Memorial Day weekend and all of us at Irish Fest are proud to be sponsors of this weekend's great party.

If you didn't make it by the Irish Fest tent to see us, fear not. You can still get on board the big green Irish Fest train. It's just a click–and 74 short days–away.
