A lot of us Irish Festers have been working our...well, working really hard getting ready for this weekend's Jiggle Jam Family Fest at Crown Center. When you come down, you'll see a lot of familiar Irish faces in the bright purple staff t-shirts. And not all of them will be old and wrinkled like mine, either. Here's a message from the folks at the Irish Fest Kids Club:
"The KC Irish Fest Kid's Club will be at their second favorite fest in the City this weekend. Yes, they will be helping at Jiggle Jam. They wanted to let all those awesome volunteers we have at Irish Fest know that they could use some help! And, if you have kids, nephews, nieces, cousins, what a great way to score tickets to a really fun event. So, the sun is supposed to shine and the Kid's Club will be at thier favorite home away from home doing what they do the best - making Kids smile. Volunteers would be awesome, but please come with your family to play and say Hi! The music will be fun for the entire family, not to mention all the other activities, check it out on www.kcjigglejam.com."
If you're not a kid and would like to volunteer, Jiggle Jam could use you too. You'll find the link at the Jiggle Jam site. Be sure to come down.

Is Kate too little to jiggle?
You kidding? She's jiggles all the time! All night occasionally. She'll be there!
