Bull Shirt. Or Cow Shirt, Rather.

The thing I love most about working at Irish Fest is that I never have to decide what to wear. Oh sure, unlimited use of the Irish Fest jet is nice. So are the massages in the executive lounge, the tapped keg of Boulevard Stout here in my KCIF HQ office and the exhorbitant salary of an Irish Fest director. But really, it's the uniforms. Irish Fest weekend I have my staff t-shirt and my fancier Board Of Directors shirt. A pair of shorts and an Irish Fest baseball cap and I'm set. I could get dressed in the dark, as I often look like I did.

You, as an Irish Fest volunteer (you have signed up, haven't you?), will have your uniform too. A shiny new volunteer t-shirt that you get for free. And this time around you even have some say in what the shirt will look like. Beginning tomorrow, you'll get to vote on two designs for this year's volunteer shirt. Both will feature our 2010 Oliver Christianson designed cow but will be distinctively different. You'll have two weeks to vote and may the best shirt win. See the designs here at Tir na Blog.

Tomorrow.
