Having given the trad fans among you a stroke with a blast of Chilli Pipers (see below), here's one for you.
It bit anticlimatic perhaps, since they've already been posted on the entertainment page of our fancy pants new website, but that does nothing to diminish our excitement at welcoming back to Kansas City the great trad players of Téada.
Anchored by one of the world's greatest Irish fiddlers, Oisín Mac Diarmada, Téada were named Best Young Irish Traditional Act at the 2009 Ireland's Music Awards. Here's why:
