Happy President's Day to Bob Sullivan, Ed Scanlon, Ed Follis and Rory O'Connor, all past or current presidents of the Kansas City Irish Fest. Oh, and me too, though the failed and corrupt Regan administration is now a largely forgotten dark chapter in Irish Fest history. You know, what with the break-ins, bribes, late night intern parties, unsanctioned military actions, etc.
In case you're unclear on the protocol, should you see any of these Irish Fest presidents today offering them a small cash gift wouldn't be out of line at all.
