However, Irish Nordic Skier P.J. Barron finished 91st in the Men's 15 km Free yesterday, beating skiers from Nepal, Ethiopia, Peru and Portugal. Yeah! Suck it, Nepal! Fair play to ye, P.J.!

BTW, don't fret Irish Winter Olympic fans. If Ireland finishes with 0 medals this year, it ties their record for most medals won in the Winter Olypmics.
At least Ireland has soccer!

But as my wife pointed out, a lot of the Canadian, American, and Australian medal winners are probably part Irish. I know in watching the Summer games a lot of the sprinters are probably part Irish, as many of the American slave owners were Irish.
