A long day's work today, followed by our annual on-site staff meeting and we're getting close to ready. I think I still owe you one more in the Ten Things Not To Miss At Irish Fest List, so here it is...keeping in mind of course that these are in no particular order. And keeping in mind that there are a hundred things you should not miss. But I don't have time to type that much. I mean, we open tomorrow.

So anyway, number 1: Us.

The people I work with at Irish Fest are the greatest bunch of men, women and kids I could ever hope to know. They work all year long for no pay and not much glory to put this event on. So get to know them this weekend. They'll be easy to spot in their gray Staff, gold site host and white volunteer shirts. They'll be the ones working harder, laughing harder and having more fun than anybody else around. Say hello. They're doing all this for you.
