You know, because I told you, that Irish Fest's official after-parties are at Raglan Road Irish Restaurant and Pub, every night of Irish Fest weekend. But did you know this, smarty pants? You can also start your Irish Fest day at Raglan. Saturday and Sunday both catch the free shuttle bus to Raglan, just down Grand Boulevard at 14th street and fortify yourself with a traditional Irish breakfast. The lovely Aileen, ruggedly handsome Tom and their crew will be serving the fry from 10:00 AM until noon both days. When you're finished, the shuttles will drop you off right at the Irish Fest gates.
Great, right? HA, I say! HA! We're just getting started! Our pals at Raglan Road are also going to kick off Irish Fest on Thursday night with a special Irish whiskey tasting. Thursday and all weekend there'll be drink and food specials, live Irish music with Creel, dancer Danielle Fitzpatrick and, I'd be willing to bet, guest performances by Irish Fest performers.
So, to summarize: your schedule for Irish Fest weekend:
- Thursday: kick off party and Irish whiskey tasting.
- Friday: Irish Fest, Raglan Road after party.
- Saturday: breakfast at Raglan, Irish Fest, after party.
- Sunday: repeat.
- Monday: get on liver transplant waiting list.
I don't know what you did to deserve all this special treatment, but I'd take full advantage if I were you. Raglan Road is at the corner of 14th and Grand if you want to start practicing.

Ahhh, Irish breakfast! I sooo miss a good Irish breakfast. Please tell me there will be true brown bread!
As soon as I have the full menu, I'll post it. But knowing chef Kevin Dundon, I'm sure there will be brown bread and that everything will be fantastic.

Danielle has relocated to Orlando but will be making a special return appearance along with Creel for Irish Fest weekend.
